RUSS CHEVERTON 

PRESIDENT

Russ Cheverton incorporated 360cgi, in 2010 after having worked with Inner Space Constructors for more than 15 years as a project executive. Russ has more than 35 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, managing projects large and small. His extensive experience in the industry gives 360cgi, a cutting edge on the industry’s fast moving direction and trends including ground-up, adaptive re-use, renovations and tenant improvement projects.

CHUCK YOCOM

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Chuck Yocom began his 25+ year career following his service in the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers (1974- retiring 1994). His work experience expands from VP of Operations, President of Rising Eagle Partners, LLC, Director of Field operations working with school districts, Director of Design and Construction – emphasis in TI, Director of Operations-Critical Facilities Group, and the list goes on. Chuck has a vast experience level through most TI and Core and Shell opportunities. Because of this experience, Chuck’s ability to start a project and complete it on time and under budget with strong communication with our team and our Clients lends itself to successful projects.

PATRICK McDONALD 

PROJECT MANAGER

Patrick McDonald graduated from UCSB in 2017 with a BA in Economics with emphasis in Accounting. Having Patrick come on board directly from college has allowed him to grow with 360cgi. Patrick is responsible for the project manager /client and the project manager/vendor communications. Overseeing the change order (both owner and vendor) logs, transmittals, submittals, request for proposal, job cost reports, bidding invitations, on-site supervision and project walk engineer assistance. Patrick brings a fresh perspective to our 360cgi Team with his adaptability to all aspects of the company.

SHELLEY BETTGER

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Shelley Bettger has 35+ years of management, accounting, operations and human resources experience spanning across several industries including commercial construction, retail and the medical sectors. She is responsible for all contracts (both client and vendor), insurance verification, invoicing, AP/AR, job cost control, close out documentation and the everyday office operations for 360cgi.  You will find that Shelley brings clear and organized communication to our clients and vendors to ensure the administrative side of the project runs smoothly and successfully.
