Who We Are

360cgi Tenant Services is a new corporate division of 360cgi, initiated to fill a void in the commercial real estate industry for tenants needing on site assistance with occupied lease space. Having constructed millions of square feet of tenant improvements over the years for many different clients, time and time again 360cgi has been requested to provide on going “add” services to assist tenants not only with the transition to their new space, but also scheduled maintenance and small “to do” lists that invariably arise in the new creative space of office occupancy.

In order to create a more efficient and cost-effective solution, 360cgi started the Tenant Services Division, working exclusively with tenants and developers taking care of the small tasks and regular maintenance that may typically not get done in a timely manner, or that take time away from managers and assistants normal duties to see that they do get done.

360cgi Tenant Services goal is to provide a service to tenants at properties that may not provide all they need as a part of their in-house program.

What We Do

The basis of the 360cgi Tenant Services program is to develop a custom programming schedule individualized for each tenant’s needs based on their operation. The schedule may include typical tasks such as:

  • Regular Mechanic Equipment Maintenance

  • Emergency Preparedness/Business Continuity Planning

  • Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Systems

  • Employee Relocation(s) in Office
