360cgi, serves as a full service commercial General Contractor working with clients, architects and sub-contractors to facilitate and manage projects with the primary goal of exceeding our clients’ expectations. Established in October of 2009, 360cgi opened as a General Contracting Firm specializing in high quality tenant improvement, repositioning, commercial and industrial projects along with specialty and studio projects throughout California. Our goal is to deliver projects on time and on budget with the quality our clients’ demand. We at 360cgi require that all aspects of construction (design, time, budget and most importantly, quality) remain an absolute priority. We start with identifying the client’s vision and expectations and then use the necessary resources to turn this vision into a tangible plan that holds to the standards that the client demands and deserves. We are capable of designing and engineering projects from conception as well as collaborating with existing architects and designers. This flexibility helps us to meet the needs and budget of the client. We would then call upon our proven list of subcontractors to make the plan a reality. With 360cgi serving as your building and Development Company, we oversee every stage of the project’s development and eliminate the problems that routinely occur in such projects. 360cgi works with our clients from start to finish on every project.

RUSS CHEVERTON
PRESIDENT
Russ Cheverton incorporated 360cgi, in 2010 after having worked with Inner Space Constructors for more than 15 years as a project executive. Russ has more than 35 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, managing projects large and small. His extensive experience in the industry gives 360cgi, a cutting edge on the industry’s fast moving direction and trends including ground-up, adaptive re-use, renovations and tenant improvement projects.
SHELLEY BETTGER
PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
Shelley Bettger has 35+ years of management, accounting, operations and human resources experience spanning across several industries including commercial construction, retail and the medical sectors. She is responsible for all contracts (both client and vendor), insurance verification, invoicing, AP/AR, job cost control, close out documentation and the everyday office operations for 360cgi. You will find that Shelley brings clear and organized communication to our clients and vendors to ensure the administrative side of the project runs smoothly and successfully.
PATRICK McDONALD
SR. PROJECT MANAGER
Patrick McDonald came on board with 360cgi in 2017 after completing his degree in Economics & Accounting from UC Santa Barbara. His career began as a Project Engineer for the first 6 months working alongside other Project Managers and Sr. Project Mangers. Patrick was promoted to Project Manager within his first year and was responsible for managing a large variety of projects ranging from T.I. (tenant improvements), adaptive re-use, exterior site upgrades and seismic retrofits. With his experience to manage projects (all sizes), hosting project meetings, provide feedback to the design/construction teams and to deliver and execute on schedule and on budget, Patrick was promoted into the Sr. Project Manager position where he, in addition to his previous responsibilities, maintains and operates all project documentation such as job cost reports, RFI/submittals, change orders [both client and vendor] and weekly project scheduling.
